We have been working very hard over the past two weeks to regenerate the playground area. We had six parents in the first weekend and ten last weekend. We were greatly helped by the machine that one of the dad's brought along to dig the soil. That was so much easier than digging by hand. We were able to lay 175 sq meters of turf on Saturday as well as plant flowers and strawberry plants. Thank you to everyone who gave up their Saturdays. It was hard work but lots of fun as you can see. We still have a long way to go and ask for volunteers to stay after school on Friday to lay the remaining turf.
