Year 5 has been learning about traditional tales (some from other cultures too!).  Children were given the task of retelling a favourite tale.  Using the features they discovered in their previous two lessons about tales and the knowledge of what makes a good storyteller (expression, pace and tone), they performed their tale to small groups.
