This week is Anti-Bullying Week.  The children in Year 5 have been learning about qualities in Autumn Term and how to use them to have positive and strong relationships with others.  They have learnt what it means to be an 'upstander' and not just a bystander.  They recognise what type of behaviour is healthy in relationships with others and what strategies to use when there might be peer pressure or poor choices made in one's behaviour.  Both classes worked in small groups to present to the parents what they believe respect looks like.  On Wednesday, parents were welcomed into the class and confidently spoken to about respect.
